Service.
Website and service terms for Solutions HUB, covering use of this website and the general framework for DevOps and automation engagements.
1. Operator
This website is operated by Solutions HUB. Contact: [email protected]. Address: Příčná, Praha, Czech Republic.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law.
3. Services
Solutions HUB provides DevOps and automation services that may include CI/CD engineering, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, monitoring and observability, automated testing, release engineering and platform reliability. The exact scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and acceptance criteria should be defined in a written agreement for each engagement.
4. Proposals and Engagements
Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a binding offer. A project begins only after the parties agree on the applicable commercial and technical terms. Each party remains responsible for the information, access and approvals it provides.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing lawful access to systems, accurate technical information, appropriate credentials through secure channels, required approvals and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for their own applications, data, cloud accounts and production decisions unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
6. Security and Change Control
Production changes should follow an agreed change-management process. Where access to client systems is required, the parties should use least-privilege permissions and appropriate authentication. Emergency work, incident response and out-of-hours support are subject to the applicable project agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how and reusable components remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables should be specified in the applicable agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
DevOps projects may depend on cloud providers, source-control platforms, monitoring systems, open-source software and other third parties. Their availability, pricing, functionality and terms are outside Solutions HUB's direct control. Clients should review the applicable third-party terms and licensing requirements.
9. Availability and Warranty
The website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for accurate and useful information but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current. Service warranties, service levels and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solutions HUB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Any liability relating to paid services should be governed by the specific agreement between the parties and applicable mandatory law.
11. Confidentiality
Confidential technical, commercial and security information should be handled according to the parties' applicable confidentiality agreement or contractual terms. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens or other secrets through this public website form.
12. Governing Law
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable legal rights. Any dispute should be addressed according to the jurisdiction agreed in the relevant contract or, where no agreement applies, the competent courts under Czech law.
